The company is owned by Wayne Martin and Laura Stone. It is operated by Wayne Martin with Jason Martin and David Stone. 

The company was founded in 1995 as National Video Reporters, Inc. and took the trade name Stream Productions in the year 2000.  As the name  implies, Stream Productions provides video services to stream live events as well as litigation support, corporate video production, and audio visual services.
