A/V Equipment Rental Terms
Stream Productions offers professional audiovisual equipment rentals, including monitors, projectors, audio systems, playback devices, cameras, switching equipment, cables, and related technology (collectively, “Equipment”), with or without on-site technicians.
Rental Period
Rental periods begin at the scheduled delivery, setup, or pickup time and end when the Equipment is returned to or retrieved by Stream Productions. Additional charges may apply for extended use, late returns, or changes to the agreed schedule.
Condition and Responsibility
All Equipment is delivered in good working condition. Clients are responsible for the care, security, and proper use of the Equipment during the rental period. You agree to protect the Equipment from damage, loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized operation.
Damage or Loss
You are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as any loss or theft of Equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be billed at full replacement value.
Setup and Operation
When Equipment is provided without a Stream Productions technician, the client assumes responsibility for proper setup and operation. Stream Productions is not liable for performance issues resulting from improper use, incompatible venue infrastructure, power supply problems, or internet/network limitations.
Technical Support
If on-site technicians are included, our team will manage setup, testing, and operation of Equipment as agreed. Clients must provide reasonable access to the venue, adequate space, stable power, and safe working conditions.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or schedule changes may be subject to fees, especially for short-notice changes or same-day cancellations, due to staffing, preparation, and equipment reservation commitments.
Ownership
All rented Equipment remains the sole property of Stream Productions at all times. Rental does not grant any ownership or transfer rights.
Limitation of Liability
Stream Productions shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by venue restrictions, third-party services, internet providers, power disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
